Hi! I was just thinking the same thing for wedding favors!!! I was going to add my signiture butter cookie diamonds with lemon curd dipping sauce, adding the recipes and using home made labels!!

Do you have a recipe for a wedding reception drink that might be served from a punch bowl for a signature drink? We were thinking a lemoncello with lemons and possibly a strawberry? What do you think??
How much do you think we should start making?? The reception will be for about 100 people and I am pretty sure we can get the190 proof Everclear (Charlotte, NC).
Do you have a large scale recipe, or a schedule sample for us to follow? Is it better to do smaller batches and let them sit to avoid giant mistakes? The wedding is October 5, 2013.
It will be on a farm, there will be a band, possibly a bonfire with fireworks and it may last about 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Also, these people might like to drink, so we may need to pace the alcohol content….BUT…I want it to taste like the BEST you have ever made!!

ReplyCan you please provide the quantities I’m supposed to get for making limoncello? We’re making them as wedding favors for the wedding. I can’t seem to find how much grain alcohol etc I’m supposed to buy in relation to the lemons. Thanks
