This is by far a quest, but a great one. I had never done anything like this. I couldn’t of asked for a better result. The perfect limoncello! The viscosity, the alcohol content, and the sweetness all perfectly balanced. I’m trying hard to savor it for special occasions, but it’s so hard.

All these details about limoncello and yet you don’t tell me how to make limoncello cream from the homemade limoncello??? Is it’s just limoncello and cream or half and half? Also, what is your preferred brand of limoncello commercially available (in the US)? Thanks! LauraReply
