I set out to answer the age-old question: "What alcoholic beverage pairs well with donuts?"

And my god, in my humble opinion, I knocked this one out of the park. 

Just three simple ingredients to level up your breakfast and get you ready for that big presentation at work. 

Limoncello Cold Brew

I recommend starting with Bulletproof coffee, just for the health benefits.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Limoncello cream
  • 8 oz Cold brew coffee
  • 4 oz Coconut soda water
Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, fill 3/4s with cold brew

  2. Top with Crema de Limoncello, then soda water

  3. Gently stir and serve

All these details about limoncello and yet you don’t tell me how to make limoncello cream from the homemade limoncello??? Is it’s just limoncello and cream or half and half? Also, what is your preferred brand of limoncello commercially available (in the US)? Thanks! Laura

This is by far a quest, but a great one. I had never done anything like this. I couldn’t of asked for a better result. The perfect limoncello! The viscosity, the alcohol content, and the sweetness all perfectly balanced. I’m trying hard to savor it for special occasions, but it’s so hard.
Thanks for the easy to follow recipe. It is a keeper.
