Double Down Lemon Drop

Mixed Drinks with Limoncello , Vodka Limoncello Drinks

There's something I love about a martini. The simplicity, the chilled liquid, the fact that it makes me feel like James Bond. Ooh, I think I nailed it on that last one.

This glass below is a little on the frilly side, I think James would use something with cleaner lines, but still.

Limoncello is a natural addition to the classic Lemon Drop recipe, it just adds more alcohol and sugar. But those ingredients tend to make anything a bit more fun.

It magnifies the goodness that was already there, so I dubbed it the Double Down. That's a Blackjack reference for you super straight-laced people in my readership (who don't exist).

Millennial Kamikaze

Mixed Drinks with Limoncello , Vodka Limoncello Drinks

Few drinks have caused as much regret on college campuses nationwide as the Kamikaze. A stealthy mix of light and bright-tasting ingredients that go down a little too easy when you should be cramming for finals.

I've updated this recipe for a new generation. All the regret of the old recipe PLUS a new and improved flavor!

Limoncello St Paddys Cocktail

My wife is half Irish and half Italian. This heritage is so common in Boston that we call it the Boston Mix.

This is a cocktail designed for all you Irish-Italians out there. The ones with a deep desire to celebrate St. Patty's Day but who are too refined to drink green beer all night.

If you like to talk with your hands and disagree with your fists...this one's for you...

Sex Under a Lemon Tree

Mixed Drinks with Limoncello , Vodka Limoncello Drinks

"Sounds uncomfortable" you say? Well, a beach is no better. Sand is not your friend.

Here we have a lemon infused revision of a classic bachelorette party drink. And part of what makes it so beautiful and tasty is the Chambord.

Chambord is the sexiest of all the liqueurs (next to limoncello of course). That bulbous bottle, the viscous consistency, how the mouth of the bottle is always a little sticky...heck, I don't need to go on and on...you get it.
